Our name was inspired by a verse in Proverbs, “She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar.” (Prov. 31:14). We strive for godly wisdom in entrepreneurship (merchant ship).

 

Meet the Maker 

With 20 years of experience, Amanda finds crocheting to be relaxing, stress-reliving, and fun. She is always looking to challenge her skills with new patterns but also continues to make her favorites.. Not only does she enjoy crocheting with hook and yarn, but also various crafts including making magnets with various mediums and materials. Fun fact, she crochet’s left handed.

The Lord has blessed Amanda with many talents and skills. She has spend part of her career in the past as an Educational Sign Language Interpreter and Library Assistant. She enjoys singing in choir, vocal or in ASL, and is an avid bookworm. When she is not working on her business or busy crocheting, she works as a graphic designer and media specialist for her church with their various ministry needs, and enjoys running vintage booths with her family at the local antique store.
